"Out of hours GP service"

Please pass my thanks to the doctor and reception, for their extremely kind and courteous attention last Sunday afternoon 27th April 2014. My only constructive criticism is that I was surprised it was not possible to send the urine sample I provided to the path lab. As a result I had to visit my local GP the next day, whilst feeling extremely unwell, to provide a further sample for testing. Regardless I have also had to cancel a bladder biopsy scheduled for tomorrow at the QE2 I have entered 'Don't Know' to the dept visited as I presume GP Out of Hours is separate to A&E?

Although located at the Lister hospital, the out-of-hours GP service is run by Hertfordshire Urgent Care and not us. Which is why they couldn't pass on a pathology test. But we'll pass on your appreciation of the out-of-hours service to HUC.
