"Poor communication, phones not answered"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

It is like banging your head on a brick wall trying speak to paediatric gastroenterology! Phones are not answered Voicemail messages are responded to after a week. Specialist nurses do not return calls Promises to return calls do not take place Referrals to other dept are missed Blood tests are not carried out/tests missed Also so much for same sex ward promise. My daughter was placed on a ward with two teenage boys..

We were also if you say your daughter was placed on a ward with two teenage boys.
