"3year old with head injury not important"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

i was told by a nurse in the child a&e dep that my son who is 3 years old with a head injury was not important after waiting an hour to been seen to then be told we was not even booked on the system.. so i ended up leaving the hospital with my child and informed them if anything happens to my son i will be seeking legal advice in which i got told from the nurse " i dont care" i will be taking this further and if needs be going to the press with this because this aint the first issue ive had with this rubbish hospital but unfortunately is the only a&e in the area :(
