What I liked

I visited the a&e department twice, once with a minor injury and the other time with a more serious problem that required overnight stay. On both occasions I was treated with the utmost competence, efficiency, respect and sympathy by everybody involved. I tried to find the name of the doctor who took care of me the second time and send her a message of thanks. I was unsuccessful, so I am leaving this feedback instead to say that, in my experience, all members of the BRI staff are worthy of the highest praise.

What could be improved

Nothing to do with the hospital itself, but a taxi rank close to the entrance and perhaps easier access to the building might help.
