Waiting time was very minimal and triage staff and doctor were marvellous shame the same can't be said for the reception staff one in particular who made my daughter wait whilst she finished her personal conversation and then spoke to her with an arrogant unhelpful undermining attitude, and to top it all we had to wait in an area with dirty chairs one in particular was fully covered with dry blood i informed the receptionist, another receptionist eventually arrived who might i add was lovely and cleaned the blood stained chair. I would visit the hospital again based on the waiting time and triage/doctors but first impressions last by the way you are greeted and for that reason I would only attend if it was necessary some of your reception/booking in staff need diversity and people skills as I don't appreciate my daughter being told how to speak more slowly our cultural background is well noted for the speed in which we speak. And also the same sex accommodation does not apply to my daughter.
