What I liked

This was my first visit to the RVI for more than 40 years. My Doctor arranged the appointment on a Monday and I received a phone call from the RVI on the Tuesday (same week). On arrival, all I knew was I had to go to Ward 11 to see a Neurologist about my very bad headaches.

I have to say that the help I received from the staff at the RVI was excellent. The Neurologist made me feel very releaxed and was more than helpful in answering my questions.

All in all, out of 10, I give the Doctors, Nurses

and staff at the RVI 10+.

What could be improved

Nothing.
