"Excellent care"

I was an inpatient for one night after shoulder surgery and I am also an insulin dependant diabetic. The care I received was the best I have had from any hospital and you were made to feel really important to the staff. Also the handover between nursing shifts was completely seamless which is not the case in other hospitals. All in all I couldn't fault anything.
