From the moment I entered the reception I was helped. I visited the dermatology outpatients unit and was shown how to register electronically and directed to the unit. i was seen promptly. The nurse, consultant and 2 medical students treated me with great respect and efficiently dealt with my issue. I was given follow up websites and self-care advice. I walked away feeling that I was incredibly lucky to have such an excellent hospital near me.
