"Thank you for a great service"

I had an appointment with radiology today at QE2 and want to say how impressed I was with everything, from being seen at the exact time of my appointment, the appointment itself and particularly how kind everyone was. Having had private healthcare for many years with my work but having left work and and transferring to NHS I wasn't sure what to expect but I can honestly say that today's appointment was on a level in every way so thank you and in particular thank you very much to a particular member of staff and to the person who was with her whom i'm sorry that I didn't get her name and if she was a nurse or radiologist.
