Quick admission from A&E. Doctors explained what was going on.
What could be improved
Questions were not answered and a severe phobia I have was mocked by nursing staff. Repeated asked to be addressed by my first name rather than my surname but was constantly referred to by my surname.
Was left for four hours without being checked when on a measured IV and had to tell the nurse that it had finished myself.
Nurses were confused several times over wither I could eat or not. I was put to nil by mouth and had my breakfast thrown away becuase the nurses got me confused with a patient needing a scan. I was not offered replacement meal after they straighten this out.
Visiting hours need to be extended 2-8 is not good enough especially at Christmas.
