""Second to none" staff at Outpatient Suite 2"

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I came in to Reception and Outpatient Suite 2 Park House this morning, feeling terrible.

I received great understanding, sympathy and respect from all the staff concerned, even though I had no appointment. The staff mentioned are second to none. I feel much more relaxed and less anxious than when I first came in this morning.

Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
