"Lost appointments"

I had an appointment in December at Podiatry, at Cannock Chase Hospital, the lady there told me I needed a scan to determined wether the nerves in my feet were affected and I would receive a letter telling me when I could go for my scan. Well after waiting nearly four months without hearing anything I rang Podiatry, and after keeping me waiting for over ten minuets on the phone I was told a letter had been sent with an appointment for February and I "never showed up" I NEVER received any letter and now consequently have to wait till JULY for a scan, despite being unable to walk very far without a great amount of pain. I saw my rhuamatolgy doctor in March and told him hadn't heard anything and his words were COMPLAIN.
