2 days as an in patient following accident at work. Toilets filthy and many staff hanging around not sure what to do. A clear language problem amongst some staff. Whilst taking blood, the nurse spilt some on floor. It was still there 24 hours later. Mixed wards and patients clearly not being given proper attention. Doctors and nurses arguing. A truly horrible experience and I left as quickly as I could.
