"Model hospital"

My local hospital is GWH in Swindon and I have always been very pleased with their service, however, in this instance they were not able to perform my knee arthroscopy within the prescribed waiting time and I was offered Circle Bath instead. Circle have raised the bar as far as I am concerned. Though I still have some way to go before my recovery is complete, the potentially traumatising experience of undergoing an operation was made as pleasant as possible. I would recommend Circle to anyone if the choice is available to them. It was quite hotel-like in its atmosphere. The staff were all pleasant, polite, respectful, informative and properly attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly look forward to having to visit them again.
