I had an arthroscopy at Central Middlesex hospital today and from start to finish I couldn't fault anything. The staff in the recovery room were very attentive to me as my blood pressure was low and they were in no hurry to send me to a ward. On the ward I was made very comfortable and the nurses and auxiliary staff were all friendly and were in no hurry to rush me out untl I felt I was ready to go. I have had other precedures at this hospital and have never had any cause for complaint. It is clean and bright and would recommend anyone to go there.

I was delighted to learn that you were so pleased with your experience when in CMH and will, of course, pass on your very kind comments to all the staff concerned. I know that the doctors, the nurses and the many other people who contribute to the care of patients, will greatly appreciate your kind words. It makes such a difference to morale to know that efforts have been appreciated.
