"Cringleford Ward"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I should like to thank all staff from medical, physios, catering and cleaning on Cringleford Ward who looked after and cared for me so admirably for 7 days. I am 80 years old and was admitted firstly to AMU with COPD/Pneumonia on 8/4/14 whose excellent medical team assessed me. After 48 hours I was transferred to Cringleford Ward where I was cared for by another wonderful medical team who were so attentive, caring and kind, nothing was too much trouble. Other staff such as the cleaning team and the catering team were just as lovely, always had time for a smile and a chat with me. I have been very fortunate in that the last time I was in hospital was1969 alas this visit albeit for the birth of my son was a horrible experience for me and has haunted me ever since, so when I was taken into hospital by ambulance I was quite anxious about what to expect. But N&N is a wonderful hospital with excellent facilities and caring professional staff, I couldn't have been in better hands. Once again Thank you all so very very much for getting me back on the road to recovery. My very best wishes Mrs Thomasina Ebert.
