"no trust what so ever in this clinic"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

Been here a few times, but ohh dear I wish this place could close so I could go else where, nothing but lies, promising laser and so on but get nothing, blood tests lost, pals had to chace up referral, they never answer the phone, they never contact me, they never keep my gp updated, my gp can, t get hold of them, I, ve never felt welcome there. I have lost all trust in the clinic, I have appointment coming up but I may well walk away.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is sorry to read of your experience. It would be important to have more details in order to under to understand the issues and where responsibility lies. The Gender Identity Clinic on the Charing Cross site is part of the West London Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and not Imperial. We hope you will contact out PALS service so we can assist with your concerns pals@imperial.nhs.uk
