"Dental Surgery"

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

I recently had to have dental surgery to remove a problematic wisdom tooth. I received an appointment for surgery very soon after my initial consultation, and although I was absolutely dreading the surgery it needed to be done! On arrival on the day of surgery I was told that I would need to have a 3D scan due to the nerve being close to the tooth and being a higher risk. I ended up having to have a different procedure due to the risk of taking the tooth out completely being too great. I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at Charles Clifford for the way in which I was treated during my visit. Dental surgery is quite distressing for anyone. I only underwent local anaesthetic and although as uncomfortable as it was, I felt that the staff made my surgery as painless as possible. I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I also received a telephone call from the dental nurse to follow up to see how I was, which I think it brilliant practice. The consultant and his team were very thorough, and I felt totally informed throughout the procedure and as at ease as I could be. Great service throughout.
