"So painful and raw I can barely eat"

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

I was referred to Charles Clifford on 12th March, but the referral didn't reach the department until three weeks later... I enquired by phone to be told there was an internal backlog in getting letters to departments and that my case would be reviewed by the doctor within three days. That was a month ago. In the meantime, my consultant in Lincoln has seen me again and emailed to express concern, and still no action... My mouth and gums are so raw, swollen and sore that I can barely eat... Who can I turn to?
