I took my elderly mother to A&E at the Royal Free Hospital. She was seen by a doctor in 15 minutes and had an Xray within 10 minutes after that. The staff was patient and professional. We were then seen by a nurse who offered advice and what care my mother should take. It was a positive and short visit. which set her mind at rest. Our thanks to the A&E staff.
