"Worst Hospital A&E"

My Father went to this hospital around 9am he gave all his Detail to reception they asked him to wait when no body all him after 1.5 hours he the ask from reception what is going on they took his all detail again and apologise to him by saying that they don't have any detail in their system same thing happened again he waited atleast 4 more hours for his turn but still they didn't have his detail in their system when I call in A&E they said he is only thr for 16min I got really freaked out and angry.
