What I liked

as soon as i arrived at the a&e department via ambulance, the staff were both courteous and respectful to both myself and my family.

i couldnt fault the treatment i received both in the a&e and on ward 18

everything was explained clearly to me

and also i received treatment via rapid response nurese that were excellent and very friendly

What could be improved

nothing i have no complaints
