What I liked
The receptionist at the Main entrance was really not helpful at all. I said I left the appoinment letter at home and asked if she could help locating the department. She simply said sorry and dismissed me. I ended up approaching dept. and asked if they had me on their list for the day.
What could be improved
Change the attitude of the receptionists. They are paid to help with directions.
