"visit to A&E"

After arriving on a short holiday in weston,my son required a visit to A&E. We were greeted just inside the entrance by a very helpful member of staff who directed us to reception and asked us what the problem was. By the time we were booked in x-ray was ordered,we went to x-ray and returned to the waiting area,where we only waited for about 5 minutes. The ENP saw my son,and delivered the good news that all was ok. All within 20 minutes we had been seen,and because of this we did not have to pay carpark charges. The staff were very helpful,friendly,proffessional, what a fantastic department with an excellent team. Thankyou
