Please pass this message to the relevant ambulance service management team to state how grateful I was to receive their utmost professionalism, care, support and compassion when my partner called 999 on 16th April 2014 at approximately 1530 hours as I had fallen from a ladder and was in extreme pain, hyperventilating, in shock which resulted in a full blown panic attack.
It is the first (and hopefully my last!) time I have used the ambulance service and my partner, son and I all agree the ambulance gave an exemplary service and many thanks to them.
