My husband had an appointment with his GP yesterday which resulted in him visiting St Richards for an X-ray and blood tests. Everyone we came into contact with could not have been more helpful. On arriving we were given very clear directions by the person on the help desk. We went to register in pathology first and then because there was an expected 20 minute wait we popped up to the x ray department. We were given a pager so that they could contact us whilst we were in the pathology waiting area. Within the hour both tests had been completed and we were on our way home, most impressive. Even more so was that within 24 hours the results had been forwarded to our GP, what fantastic service. We could not fault anything and would like to thank you for the care and service which we received. A credit to the NHS.
