About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

After attending an gynaecology outpatient appointment this afternoon I would really like to thank the doctor and their health care assistant ( I'm sorry I feel awful but i can't remember their name ) for their sensitivity, respect and support they gave me while I had a minor procedure. As painfully embarrassed and nervous as I was, the doctor and lovely HCA made me feel relaxed ,explaining everything making me more at ease .Thank you both for making my appointment quick and as pleasent as it could be under the circumstances. Please pass on my thanks if you can especially to the HCA who was so kind and supportive such a lovely team
