The staff in the 'Hand' department were friendly and I was treated quickly and efficiently. While having stitches in your finger could hardly be described as a pleasant experience the efficiency of the process, enthusiasm of the staff and their communication as well as clinical skills made this a very positive experience. Sometimes you just can't beat the NHS.
