I was directed to a and e this morning by the out of hours dr. I was greeted by one of the matrons. Seen immediately for triage followed by a lovely female dr. Treated and left under an hour. The staff took the time to discuss my options and explore solutions. Outstanding service overall a credit to the nhs and a perfect example of care. Sitting at home currently feeling very grateful indeed.
