"Care on ward 11"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

I would just like to thank the nursing staff especially the HCAs on ward 11 for the care they gave to my mother in law Mrs Kathleen Anderson in her last few weeks of life. Kathleen died yesterday ( 16/04/14 ) and we are confident that she was comfortable and settled when she past away. The nursing staff were very kind and courteous to the family as a whole and we thank them for that. Fiona Anderson

Fiona,

I would like to offer my sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother in law. I appreciate that this must be an upsetting time for you and your family and I would like to thank you for your valued feedback at this time.

I will be sure to share your comments with the staff on ward 11, I'm pleased that their kind and courteous manner brought some comfort to you and your family at such a difficult time.
