(as the patient),

I am 90 and my husband is 92. We both had bad falls at the same time. I hit my head on a concrete floor and although I wasn't bleeding, I suffered a nasty bash on the back of my head.

The paramedics came very quickly within 10 minutes and couldn't have been any better. They waited with us until the doctor came and then stayed with us afterwards to make sure we were both ok.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to them.
