Just wanting to say thank you to the lady who performed my 12 week pregnancy ultrasound scan. She explained what she was doing, what bits were what on baby and made this a truly enjoyable experience. Also to the lady who took my bloods for the Down syndrome screening, for being friendly and comforting, explaining in great detail on how this test is performed and how they come up with the results.
