I have depression and BPD. It makes me want to kill myself. My support worker phoned the crisis resolution and I waited 4 hours for a call from them. The call was not helpful. Told her I had a learning problem and that I find it hard to talk. She said if I'm like that then talking to strangers over the phone is not gonna help. Was told to go to A&E if I needed help. She said she was gonna ring my support workers in the morning but never did.
Why do I never seem to get the right help? Was told by the crisis resolution team that there's never anything they can do to help me. Was on the phone for 12 mins to her and I felt she didn't let me try to talk. She said I wasn't answering her questions but I was. It feels like they say anything to get you off the phone fast.
"Why do I never seem to get the right help?"
