"poor communication at a difficult time"

Went in to day surgery for my gyne laparoscopy, day unit staff blunt to nice enough. Consultant very dismissive and tried to tell what had been done Whilst recovering .... didnt understand a word given i was half asleep. 2 months later no communication about the outcome. Staff were okay, but was clear that day surgery was stretched, little time to the higher lever of care provided within wards as previous experienced. Flet a abit like i was dumped to get on with it until it was time to go home.
