About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

I was came in on 7th march and the staff where lovely, but my bounty folder with my scan photos in got lost, one the midwives said they had been found and will be returned to me but a month later I still haven't had them returned and after phoning loads they are now saying they don't have they or haven't seen them, I'm not the first person who's note had be lost or misplaced
