What I liked
The Communications were clear and involved me at all times.
The Care from the Nursing Staff helped me to get better. I am very grumpy when ill.
Medical Interventions, and Procedures, were well explained as I have a couple of long term conditions.
The Management created a can-do climate focussed on the needs of the Patient.
Anything else?
My Aunt who is 98, and lives in Brighton, says I can never move house as I need to stay close to exemplary medical care. The new Choose & Book system allows for this so I believe.
