What I liked

As a patient for a minor operation (general anaesthetic) attending the Day Case Unit, I was extremely impressed by the efficient staff and cleanliness of the ward.My experience from consultation to pre-op and operation could not have gone better.I was told exactly what was happening at all times in plain English and given every opportunity to ask questions if I wished to. ALL the staff were very polite and professional in their attitude and I can not fault the manner in which I was treated. In times when we read other people's critical reports, I think it is right that I should give praise where it is due. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Day Case Unit.
