I have recently escorted my mother for treatment in the dental clinic and for a hip x ray. I have been extremely impressed with the standard of care received. Every person we encountered respected her dignity, were caring and extremely patient and sympathetic. The receptionists throughout the hospital are polite and very tolerant of the diversity of needs they are faced with. I think the RSH has the feel of a small cottage hospital, a real achievement considering where it is situated. Thankyou to all those I have met, I am sure that in all other departments one would receive the same standard of care.
