My uncle was admitted as an emergency. All his family live a long way away so we need to find out what is happening by phone.
Each time any of us has tried to contact the hospital it has proved really difficult to get a response - we have had to try for up to half an hour at times. On other occasions we have simply given up.
This has been worrying and distressing for us.
