"Six stars for the Derwent Suite..."

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

Just discharged from the Derwent Suite after THR op. First time in hospital and very apprehensive, but need not have worried. Facility is superb and every person I met from the surgical team to the nurses, to the support staff, was friendly, helpful, reassuring, attentive and professional. Can't think of a single thing I would suggest for improvement. Surely, the NHS at its best.
