"a&e head injury early morning 13 April 2013..."

I just want to say how impressed I was with the care that I received last night. The ambulance was fast to arrive and they looked after me very well reassuring me about what would happen when I arrived at hospital. The team waiting sorted my poor head out quickly and efficiently and were very kind and supportive. Thank you so much to you all for making such a horrid experience as good as it could be. Annabel
