"Part two cremation forms."

Firstly thanks to the doctor for the care and dignity he showed my mother. The staff of ward C36 are amazing and a credit to the trust, after my mum died they showed real compassion and I thank you all. My problem is the time it takes for a second doctor to sign the forms for cremation, my mum died on the 8th of April, we collected death cert from ward on Wednesday 9th But my mother is still at S.R.H because someone can't get or is too busy to sign a form. I would like to see mum in the chapel of rest before her funeral but funeral directors cant bring my mum in to there care because of some bureaucrat cant sign a form. I will be phoning funeral home at 1200 on Monday and if its not good news then an official complaint will be lodged.
