"MAU shameful attitude and heard gossiping about..."

My brother was admitted last night to A&E and who were absolutely marvellous they couldn't do enough for him but what a shame to go to MAU today and be met by a nurse who was rude the minute she walked through the door into my relatives room. We asked her what was happening with him to be told he just had a sickness bug, something completely different to last nights diagnosis, which is fair enough however she did not seem to know who had reviewed him or what was actually happening with him until we asked to speak to the doctor. She spoke very negatively about the A and E department which came across as very unprofessional especially as we had found them so dedicated and empathetic.She was extremely rude and let the whole NHS service for Dewsbury hospital down especially when as we left we heard her gossiping about us to her colleague rather loudly not realising we could hear. I hope my brother is moved quickly and we never have to have a relative in there again as I would not recommend the ward to anyone.
