"Will not be returning to this hospital if I can..."

About: Good Hope Hospital

Referred via GP to Gynae Outpatients for further investigation. Got asked limited questions by a junior dr with no opportunity to discuss my problem in further detail. Had an examination (which was already conducted at the GPs) and got left in the room for ages while the dr spoke with the consultant. Turns out there was no reason for them to investigate further and I got discharged on the same day. As I wasn't happy with the outcome got a 2nd opinion at City Hospital with much friendlier staff and turns out I do have a condition which could mean I am infertile. Really upset that this was unnoticed by the hospital...All I wanted was to know I wasn't going mad and that something is going on in my body!
