"Excellent care and attention in gynecology ward..."

I recently spent 3 days in A6 following a surgery , and had to express how well I was looked after. All the staff were very caring very helpful and nothing to much troubl, But one staff nurse just goes the extra mile she is always upto date on your treatment without going off to check , she has an amazing amount of knowledge which is very reassuring , she listens to the patient and that is rare! and while doing this she is smilling when she comes on shift and is still smiling when she leaves even when she had gone all day without a break because ward was busy ! ,Also my surgeon spoke to me after my operation and reassured me all had gone well which was great . The staff on these wards are a credit to the hospital and the NHS On the downside please sort out the food it is disgraceful and no aid to recovery.
