"Worsh hospital ever"

The worst hospital I have ever been. Very dirty, the staff very rude and not caring about patients. I have been to the hospital with tonsilitis and given wrong antibiotic which did not work. I went back again and given another antibiotic even though I told them that I generally have a specific one because I had tonsilitis many times in the past but they refused to prescribe it. I tried the new antibiotic and worked but it did not clear the microbes well which means that few weeks ago I got it again. Fortunately I went to a locum which was brilliant and he recommended the antibiotic I usually had in the past for tonsilitis as he said it did not clear well with the other antibiotics. I feel bad that this staff in medway hospital treat people like this. They are completely unprofessional and have no idea that being a healthcarer is something more than prescribing and giving drugs without listening and understanding patients' needs. Shame on you!
