"Ward 23 - Brilliant"

I attended as a day patient for Catheter Ablation (heart arrhythmia correction) in Ward 23. This was my first attendance at Bournemouth. All aspects of my care from from the minute I arrived till I left that evening were superb and I cannot fault the staff (who were outstanding, from my surgeon to the lovely lady who brought me supper). The hospital is clean, uncluttered and appears to be in an excellent state of repair and I had every confidence in everyone I was fortunate enough to meet. A big thank-you for a caring, attentive and knowledgeable staff. CQC need to take note that this is one of the best hospitals I have ever been in - and there have been a few!
