I came to the hospital with my dad he had an appointment for 10.00 and for whatever reason did not get seen until 11.00 nobody told us of any delay. When we had seen the doctor and that only took 5 minutes, my dad was given a prescription went we handed it in it was showing number 2 on the counter clock we when give a ticket with number 9 on it so we thought not too long to wait but we were wrong although there where 4 people in the pharmacy it took 15 minutes per prescription so we had to wait well over an hour why does it take so long to do one there must be a better way to do things

Thank you for your comments Ray. I'm sorry you were disappointed when you and your dad were delayed for his appointment and that you had a long wait for his prescription. We are always trying to make our services better and it's comments like this which help us do that. I will pass your comments on to our managers in outpatients and the pharmacy.
