"Too slow service"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I visited your hospital for checkup in gastroenterology department on 12-03-2014 as I'm suffering from severe stomach pain , the doctor referred me to colonoscopy/ct scan and he given me a receipt to book an appointment in CDU department, when I went to CDU desk the staff said we are short of staff we will call you and book an appointment, but no one called me to book an appointment and still suffering from pain.i have wrote email to PALS team still I didn't got any response from them. The doctor I saw was caring/helpful, but CDU department service is poor.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal demand for appointments at the moment, which I appreciate must be very frustrating.
