"inpatient and emergency care, AE and Conservators..."

After being admitted to A and E as the result of a potential brain haemorrhage I cannot praise all the staff more. My treatment was excellent, timely, thoroughly explained and professionally administered. My stay in hospital for subsequent treatment was carried out with the utmost care and dedication and my dignity and privacy was respected at all times. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the nursing staff to domestic staff were dedicated professionals, always willing to assist, and with a sense of humour and calmness which defied the pressure they were under. From everyone in A and E, the Medical Assessment Unit and my subsequent stay in Conservators Ward I was extremely well cared for and am very grateful that we have such a good hospital on our doorstep. How the staff remain professional and efficient under such pressure amazes me. Thank you to all.
